Another great night out with the Tri Pounamu Whānau as we heard all about running and injury prevention from the team at PodiatryMed! The evening was hosted by Grace Training in association with Purapura Whetu.
There were many take home messages and these were our favourite.
- Build up with little and often
- Listen to your body
- You are not your mates – do what YOUR body requires
- No question is too silly
- Have fun and enjoy ☺
